Diamond plate is corroding, loose and has holes penetrating and is not adhered to door properly. Microwave found with a loose handle and rusting along the exterior surfaces. Counter top surfaces found in need of repair and the henny penny hot holding units found worn. Plexiglass flaps on chicken holding units have cracks. Shelving units, shelving brackets rusting and found worn. Handsink faucet assembly corroding. Hot holding slide in unit in need of repairing, door jambs and gasket lines on the walk-in-coolers found worn and in need of replacing. Power soak dail found not working. Work order already made.
