Observed a wall tile in need of being reattached to the wall near the right side of the three compartment sink. Observed black/brown build up on multiple ceiling tiles in the meat department prep area. Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Repair/replace. |
