The pipes to the walk-in cooler and freezer were observed draining onto the floor. The waste water shall drain directly into the sewage system. Maintain sanitary sewage system.
Repair/ extend the pipe to allow proper dispose into the drain system. The pipe will be assessed during the next inspection. |
