5-402.11 Backflow Prevention (P) - REPEAT - Observed same prep sink drain and ice machine drain were sitting in floor drain. Prevent backflow between a sewage system and drains of equipment in which food, portable equipment or utensils are placed. Allow for a minimum of 1in air gap between top of floor drain and pipe. REHS will return in 3 days to verify once both drains have at least an one inch air gap either being held by a bracket on the floor or cut the drain pipe. |
