General CommentsBoth of the thermometers for both REHS' had their calibrations verified in ice water. Both REHS' thoroughly sanitized their thermometers at the beginning and throughout the inspection. For any additional resources or trainings, please contact Kemoni Hughes at khughes@dconc.gov. Facility is currently storing equipment and dishes in an unapproved storage area behind the kitchen. Storage will be addressed once the remodel happens in approximately 6 months. Please contact Scott Steed at jssteed@dconc.gov before completing the remodel to ensure that the remodel meets the standards of the Health Department.
