General CommentsEHS AND PIC SANITIZED AND CALIBRATED THERMOMETERS BY UTILIZING RUNNING HOT WATER;ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT HAVE ICE. EHS was impressed by the amount of corrections including proper datemarking, the removal of unnecessary articles, replacement of gaskets, proper chart indicating food that were on time and poster labels, as well as replacing rusted shelving racks in walk-in-cooler etc.
