EHS AND PIC SANITIZED AND CALIBRATED THERMOMETERS BY UTILIZING RUNNING HOT WATER;ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT HAVE ICE. EHS was impressed by the amount of corrections including proper datemarking, the removal of unnecessary articles, replacement of gaskets, proper chart indicating food that were on time and poster labels, as well as replacing rusted shelving racks in walk-in-cooler etc.

Gaskets that were torn have been replaced at reach-in-prep units throughout cook's line. 4-205.10 Food Equipment, Certification and Classification (C) Sterilite Plastic household totes are still being used as food grade storage containers throughout but some have began to be removed. Establishment must provide floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings that are designed, constructed and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Repair or replace cracked floor tiles. REPEAT Person-in-charge has been working on floor tiles and appreciate the work.
