6-501.11 Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods - C - REPEAT- There are still many areas in the back of the facility where the baseboards are missing or broken. Holes in the walls from old equipment need to be filled in. The right side of the vegetable prep sink and behind the 3 compartment sink needs to be re-caulked. Repair warped wall in the back corner near the veg prep sink. The grout in the back of the facility is beginning to ware and will need to be re-grouted soon. Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. |
