CDI, the trays were voluntarily discarded during the inspection. |

In the 2 door low boy, turkey was dated when sliced but the original piece of meat it was sliced from was dated 15 days prior (8/19). Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. TCS foods have a 7 day window and the opening date of the meat is the date that needs to go on the containers of meat that is sliced off. CDI, PIC voluntarily discarded the meat and the slices. |
