4-601.11(A) - Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils: Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf ** Drink nozzles at the drive thru window was slightly soiled. CDI PIC removed them and placed them at the 3 compartment sink to be washed rinsed and sanitized. Also the flow of the 3 compartment sink wasnt being followed sink was occupied to wash and sanitize. CDI PIC corrected flow of the 3 compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize. |
