General Comments-Almost all violations mentioned in the last inspection were corrected, even core violations. Ceiling tiles in restroom was replaced, knives are placed in a separate empty container inside display cooler, faucet was fixed, and all items that was not necessary for the establishment operation were removed; -QR Code was added at the facility and is required to be treated the same way as the grade card. Placement of the QR Code was an agreement between Person in Charge (PIC) and Environmental Health Specialist (EHS) and location shall not be changed without the Health Department approval.
