- EHS observed ground beef in the walk-in cooler with a discard date of 4/2/2026. Inspection occurred on 4/14/2026.
- Discard the food requiring date labels once the time/temperature window has expired, if it is not labeled, or if the label is incorrect.
- CDI PIC voluntarily discarded the ground beef. |

- EHS observed the interior walk-in freezer and the dishwasher to be out off order. There is currently a work order to have these items fixed. There is enough refrigeration to keep all items cooled, and the three compartment sink is being used to wash, rinse, and sanitize items.
- Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. |
