- EHS observed a container of pizza sauce date marked 3/13/2026 and a container of spaghetti sauce date marked 3/18/26. Both items contain a plant food that is heat treated.
- Discard the food requiring date labels once the time/temperature window has expired, if it is not labeled, or if the label is incorrect.
- CDI pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce were voluntarily discarded. |
