- EHS observed the Quat sanitizer in the three compartment sink to be 100ppm. Ensure that Quat sanitizer is at the correct level of 200 to 400ppm.
- Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize.
- CDI food employee voluntarily disposed of Quat sanitizer. Quat sanitizer was remixed to 200ppm. |
