General CommentsWalk-in unit and can wash located outside of kitchen. Lunch prep begins around 8:30 AM - first lunch is at 10:20 AM School participates in a food share program where students can place unwanted items onto a cart in the cafe. Food is not returned into the kitchen all items are stored in school building refrigeration and storage outside of the kitchen.

Sewage shall be disposed of through an approved facility, a public sewage treatment plant, or an individual sewage disposal system. Inspector will return by 3/5 to verify mop sink has been clean and properly used.
