4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) Gaskets on small freezer needs to be replaced due to broken and cracked and not easy cleaning. Walk in freezer has possible condensation issue. PIC is aware of issue and in the process of correcting. This is a repeat, but for different items. |
