General Comments**Facility uses shellfish and foraged mushrooms throughout the year. No shellfish within 90 days and no foraged mushrooms since May of 2025. *As a reminder, ensure cutting boards and food contact surfaces are washed, rinsed and sanitized every 4 hours and/or when switching between product types.
