- (A) Employees shall eat, drink, or use any form of tobacco only in a designated area to prevent cross-contamination.
- (B) A food employee may drink from a closed beverage container if the beverage container is handled to prevent contamination of: employees hands, the container, food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service articles.
- CDI food employee stopped drinking in front of the fryers and disposed of the cup. |
