Observed wall damage under the spray arm sink by the mechanical warewash machine (water damage, paint peeling).
The wall behind and above the long table where clean equipment comes out of the warewash machine was discolored, some visible damage underneath.
Damage to the wall at the warewash hand sink, above the three comp sink, and above the mop basin - the paint has torn off the wall and exposed the paper surface of the drywall. |

6-501.14 Cleaning Ventilation Systems, Nuisance and Discharge Prohibition (C) - Air vents in the ceiling had a slight build up of dust and debris, as well as the ceiling tiles around the vents.
Clean vents and ceiling tiles so debris doesn’t get on clean equipment or food. |
