REPEAT - 4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) - REPEAT REPEAT REPEATThe flip top unit was not properly holding food at 41F. Unit was turned to the coldest temp and was still not holding the correct temperatures. Have the unit serviced and make sure the cold hold temperatures remain at 41F and below. Using ice for the. Prpe box is ONLY a temporary fix, the unit is not designed to be used with ice. Intent to suspend was issued.
The walk in cooler door does not close properly and is held shut with a screwdriver. Temps in the walk in cooler are keeping food at 41F and below. Continue to work on getting the door fixed. - Door seal on the bottom was coming off and may be preventing the door from closing fully. |
