Delta track thermometer was left in unit for 20 minutes and read 38.9 degrees. Unit itself was working fine. |

3-304.14 Wiping Cloths, Use Limitations (C)
Several spray bottles with sanitizer solution tested at way over 200ppm-bleached out strip completely. Staff stated they were mixing their own solutions from the chemical bottles labeled “MONOGRAM Clean Force - Spray cleaner with bleach” It does not state it is safe for food contact surfaces.
CDI- staff will not use these bottles for sanitizer solutions. |
