4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment - C -- Observed minimal rust forming on the middle hinge of the shared walk in freezer door. I also observed minimal rusting inside the of meat saw, on wheels and several rusted green carts used for merchandise in the walk in cooler. Remove red tape around shelf in the walk in cooler. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair and components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. REPEAT
