4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment - C -- (0 POINTS): The painted areas inside of the microwave are beginning to chip and rust. Also, a significant amount of ice is building up along the bottom of the walk-in cooler closest to the walk-in freezer. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair and components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Replace the microwave and remove the ice and investigate and repair, if possible, the cause of the ice build-up. If it is not repairable, at least keep the off of that area. |
