Food packages shall be in good condition and protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants. Reject cans if seals are compromised when delivered. Place the words "do not use" on the can so employees will not use the food. The manager labeled the can and placed it in a separate area to be returned to correct the violation. |

The first aid kit was relocated to the bottom shelf to correct the violation. |
