4-501.116 - Warewashing Equipment, Determining Chemical Sanitizer Concentration (Pf): The concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined using a test kit or other device. The mechanical ware washing machine was not able to dispense chlorine sanitizer at the correct concentration. I will be back on 09/12/2025 to verify that the chlorine sanitizer is being dispensed at the proper concentration. |
