*** Observed damages, dusty and missing AC filters at HVAC units in the hallway need cleaning/repairing. Observed dusts covered the fans and ceiling/wall at the side of staircase throughout building need cleaning. Observed disrepair steps covers at the stairwell need repair to prevent tripping hazard. Keep the facility clean and good repair throughout. |
