General CommentsDue to the nature of the violations found, the permit was immediately suspended. Facility is not allowed to serve any TCS food items until #16 and #22 on the inspection report are resolved.

Facility must wash, rinse, and sanitize all multi-use pieces of equipment that is used in food preparation.
