CDI- Sanitizer bucket was remade. 4-601.11 (A) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (Pf) Observed can opener with dried food debris on it and pans, stacked and stored as clean with food debris and sticker residue on them. CDI- Can opener and pans were moved to dish pit for cleaning.

P Observed cooked chicken in walk in cooler, as well as empanadas filled with cook chicken and cooked beef, labeled 9/13. PIC stated the wrong date was placed on the empanadas. CDI- Cooked chicken and both containers of empanadas were voluntarily discarded.

When asked about this, PIC stated it is used to salt the rims of glasses for drinks. CDI- EHS spoke to PIC and explained this product is not an approved additive and may not be used for food or consumption of any kind. CDI- PIC voluntarily discarded activated charcoal.

Pf Observed 2 bottles in kitchen with no labels on them. When asked, PIC stated one is bleach and the other is degreaser. CDI- PIC had labels placed on them to easily identify the contents.
