General Comments

Property switching to liquid chlorine through automated feeder. Feeder installed but not in use at time of inspection. Ensure automated feeder tied to pump and detects flow. With no flow, feeder shall alarm or turn off with loss of flow. Immediate Suspension issued for: .2535 - maintain chlorine at least 1.0 ppm through feeder. .2530 - 911 shall be clearly audible; EHS shall be clearly audible. Repair phone in case of an emergency.
