5-202.12 Provide at least 100F water at hand sinks. Observed hot water at all hand sinks at 81F. Properly provide hot water at least 100F. Superintendent called the company who built the school the hot water supply is turned off over the weekends and according to the company takes running the water to provide the necessary hot water temperature to all faucets in the kitchen. Hot water in the hand sink ran for a while only maintained a temperature of 81F. Ensure that at least 100F is supplied to all hand sinks in the kitchen area. Hot water rechecked after 45 minutes and hot water tested at 122F. |

5-501.113(B) Keep dumpster, outside waste containers covered with tight-fitting lids or doors. Observed dumpster doors open on outside dumpster. Upon observation the door is warped and cannot be shut. Superintendent called the company to have the dumpster replaced.
5-501.114 Drains in dumpsters and waste containers shall have drain plugs in place. Observed missing dumpster plugs on both outside dumpsters. |
