Found slaw in the prep top cooler and 1-door reach in cooler between 48-51F. The prep top cooler did not have containers in the top section to prevent cold air from escaping when lid was open. The slaw in the reach in was tightly covered below two container of pudding which blocked air flow. PIC states they were prepped and started cooling around 9:45. CDI by venting and rearranging to allow for more air flow. |
