6-404.11 Segregation and Locations - Distressed Merchandise (Pf) Products that are held by the PERMIT HOLDER for credit, redemption,or return to the distributor, such as damaged, spoiled, or recalled products, shall be segregated and held in designated areas that are separated from FOOD, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, and SINGLESERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES. During the inspection EHS noticed cans were damaged. EHS told the manager CDI cans were removed and placed in designated area to be returned to manufacturer |
