Inspection conducted with CPO Billie Campbell. Construction final passed. Conducted operational inspection. Verified flow at 58 GPM at 2800 RPM after a backwash. Filtration pump Pentair Superflo VST 1.5 HP 342002 (2) Hayward WGX1031BHF2 VGBA-2017 Main drains. (2)skimmers equalizer lines plugged. Pool width - 15ft, Rope length - 22 1/2ft, max depth - 5ft Fencing around shower area not required. Door to hotel is the barrier. Permit issued with the following conditions 1) No night swimming 2) Flow meter must remain operable. 3) Pump required at 36 - 63 GPM for minimum turnover and restriction of the skimmer and main drain piping and the filter.
