General CommentsEHS reviewed permit conditions and non-compliant conditions with PIC. Non-compliant items completed include #4, #6, #9, #14, #15, #22, #34, & #36. All other items have not been completed. 0 points were given on these items unless they were fount to be priority or priority foundation violations. EHS observed new unapproved HHU for chips in the kitchen prep area. EHS requested spec sheets and a revised floor plan if establishment plans to keep the equipment. EHS also recommended relocating the equipment to an appropriate location. EHS provided food employees with an in-service addressing risk factors found during current inspection. Employee Food Safety Training PowerPoint was provided to review at their leisure. Establishment may request a reinspection via email to shvaughn.ross@chathamcountync.gov.
