Food employees prepping food without wearing an effective hair restraint. Food employees shall wear hair restraints covering their hair and/or beards while preparing food.
2-303.11. Prohibition-Jewelry (Core) -
Food employees prepping food while wearing a watch, and a bracelet. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band, food employees may not cook or prep food while wearing jewelry (including medical information jewelry) on their arms and hands. |
