EHS observed employee wash hands correctly, but turn faucet off with bare hands. CDI- EHS corrected employee, proper handwashing procedures were discussed and hands were rewashed.

All foods in the warmer on the left were hot holding below 135F for fewer than four hours. CDI- the temperature was increased and all foods reached 135F.

The sanitizer/disinfectant being used was not labeled as for food contact surface use. CDI- establishment will no longer use sanitizer. Bleach is available and will be used.

There were a few flies in establishment during inspection.
