Observed cleaned utensils, e.g. spatulas, spoons, etc., stored in cleaned utensil storage in a container with food contact surfaces up and handles down. Reverse storage of cleaned utensils so that food contact surfaces are within container and better protected from contamination and so that handles are presented to food employees. |
