General Comments
Inspection conducted with Alan Gonzalez with Embrey Construction and CPO Isaiah Mobley. Follow up inspection from construction final conducted this morning. Verified flow at 80 gpm after a backwash with pump set at 2850 RPM. Recommend adding signage noting which restroom is men’s and which is women’s. Verified outstanding items from construction final have been corrected and conducted operational inspection. Note: Max Depth - 4ft; Pool Width - 32 ft; Rope Length - 48 ft Pentair Whisperflo VST 011533, 2.6 THP pump with (2) Hayward WG1031BHF2 VGBA 2017 drain covers. EQ lines plugged in skimmer. 5ft deck clearance at planter and patio enclosure - considered decorative feature. Permit issued with the following conditions No Night Swimming. Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 73 gpm to 98 gpm to meet minimum turnover and flow restriction of the filter.
