5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink - Operation and Maintenance (Pf) (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. (B) a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed bucket with sanitizer and cloths sitting in handsink in front kitchen, in handsink in back kitchen observed sanitizers bottle and other cleaning bottle and ice in hand sink. Do not use hand sinks for storage of items in between uses. PIC relocated sanitizer bucket, and cleaning bottles to alternate location. |
