A couple of metal food scoops had food residue on the inside of them while being stored with other clean scoops. Equipment food-contact surface and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. The REHS showed the soiled food scoops to the manager and placed them into the 3-compartment sink’s wash solution during the inspection. CDI |
