4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf. If the cutting board behind the juicer is being used, there is visible mold. Either wash rinse and sanitize before each use or discontinue use of this cutting board. Also the table the juicer is on requires washing rinsing and sanitizing before each use.
