Observed a speed rack in the walk in cooler with open food and no protection from above. Put a sheet tray on the top of the rack to provide protection from above. Also observed containers of raw chicken without lids or wrap in the walk in cooler. Keep lids on containers of food unless actively using them.

Corrected by removing the scoops during the inspection.
