General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Tommy Pyles. Hayward Saline C 6.0 salt chlorine generator installed. Not looked at during plan review. Pool not permitted for salt for primary chlorination. Have been having issues with emergency phone functioning properly. Ensure that emergency phone provided remains functional, can transmit the location and phone number to 911, and can be called back in the event of a dropped call. Immediate suspension issued 22) G.S. 130A-2(3) Contact Will Harrison (704) 507-6824 for re-inspection once issues have been corrected.
