General Comments

OSV to pool for return construction. All items corrected from previous site visit except for emergency phone. Phone connects to 911 and pings a cell phone tower. Address shows as adjacent cell phone tower. Different address is shown at each call. After at least 30 to 60 seconds, the address listed changes to the assigned pool address. Mapping coordinate points do not associate to the correct mapping coordinates of the address on Caprio Street. Pool address posted at the phone. EHS strongly recommends that the phone be changed to a phone that transfers the correct address and mapping points to 911 for emergency response time. Note: Chlorinator requires repair prior to follow-up inspection. Construction final passed. Holds released in system. A follow-up inspection will occur within 30 to 60 days of permit issuance. Notes: 1) Emergency phone is a cell phone. Phone must stay "on" at all times. 2) 8 ft. deck clearance required.
