Inspection conducted with Patrick Earles, Trammell Crow Residential and CPO Geoffrey Kral. All remaining items from construction corrected. Conducted operational permit inspection. Emergency phone number written in Sharpie. Recommend providing new permanent signage with address, phone number, and correct dialing instructions for emergency phone. Water not getting hot in restrooms. Maintain at no more than 110F. Custom signage does not meet requirements. Will need to keep generic signage or provide new custom safety signage that does meet requirements of .2530. Pool Width 44 ft.; Rope Length 50 ft.; Max Depth 4 ½ ft. Pentair Intelliflo3 VSF 011075, 3 hp pump with (2) Hayward WG1031BHF2 2017 drain covers. EQ lines plugged in skimmers. Permit issued with the following conditions 1) No night swimming 2) Pool not approved for salt for primary chlorination Paper permit will be posted on our website, https://eh.mecknc.gov/pools, for your records.
