Refrigerator is not functioning properly. Currently only salads under TPHC are stored in unit but this needs to be repaired or replaced in case it needs to be used to cool down incoming food from caterer.
PIC states replacement will arrive soon. Will re-check in next inspection cycle. Continue to use ice or freezer if any cooling is needed of incoming food.
