Failure to adhere to permit conditions will result in permit action including but not limited to suspension or revocation. Today, facility was storing items for the food truck. Per discussion during permitting and based on permit application, this facility is not the commissary for the food truck. No food truck preparation, storage, or activities may occur at this location.
