P The QA sanitizer at the utensil sink and in the buckets was not measuring strong enough. Should be 200-400ppm. When sanitizer is repaired please text a pic of the test strip to Christy 336-542-7781. Recommend hand mixing QA until dispenser is repaired.

A couple of ways to fix this is to take of the hose or sprayer when not in use or get a pressure rated back flow prevention device installed between faucet and hose. CDI-line depressurized. |
