*** The chili was temping at 139F in the refrigerator. Per permit conditions chili can not be cooled. CDI spoke to food employees and the chili was moved to the crockpot to maintain proper temperature. It is recommended to buy and keep hot or buy cold chili and reheat if establishment wants to keep for multiple days. |
