General Comments

Follow up pool inspection. Conducted inspection with CPO Johnny. Pool remains in good standing and on A status. Ensure weekly TA and CA readings are recorded consistantly. Ensure temperature is checked daily when heater is operational. Pool has heater but heater not currently operating. Rope Length: 50' Night Swim?: N Notes: For Barrier - 1) Break away locks on unit gates must be present on hose control access gates (per fire department) at all times. Gates do not self-close self-latch. 2) Barrier for pool is around patios and does not include barrier between units. 3) Cabanas are considered barrier to pool. Outside doors into cabanas shall self-close self-latch. Sliding glass door into main cabana shall remain affixed at 4”. 4) Warning signage and pool rules signage required at entry points from cabanas on to pool deck. * Filtration and Feature Pump pull from same set of drains Aquastar 1216xxx 2017. 6” line that goes to 8” manifold. 6” filtration and 3” suction back to pump room.
