General CommentsThere is VERY little table space to set anything. An empty table is strongly suggested, but kitchen has almost space left for an additional table. Hot holding equipment for pizza in C-store area is not on, and staff states .2600 establishment does not use this, and it is not theirs.

Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Also, when staff arrived with bags of groceries, bag was set on top of tongs and dry wiping cloth - CDI: EHS had staff switch out the tongs and towel because of possible contamination from bottom of grocery bag. (No extra table space to set stuff.)

Few foods such as smoked sausage, chili, deli meats are not dated - CDI: immediately dated, except for Bright Leaf smoked sausage that was covered in thick, white film with a manufacturer pack date of April 1, 2026. This smoked sausage immediately discarded and denatured with bleach. Expiration date on pimento cheese is today, but 7 days was yesterday according to open date - CDI: immediately discarded.
